THE COMPANY

DRUMSVIEW Concept is a total theatre company founded in July 2009 and duly registered with the corporate affairs commission with the functions of training, nurturing, supporting and empowering youths through the preservation, enhancement of quality and presentation of our rich artistic cultural heritage. The company was established by ISIOMA WILLIAMS through the advice of Mr. Felix Okolo (CEO of tempo arts centre) and trusted by Mrs. Ute Fricke (CEO of Melting Pot foundation) and Mr. Peter Badejo OBE (CEO of Badejoarts UK).

ISIOMA Williams is into artistic productions and believes in the philosophical theory of humanitarianism which he tends to achieve through the company.

DRUMSVIEW focuses on art in education through: art promotion, Contemporary arts (dance, drumming, craft and others), art and cultural research, arts exhibitions, cultural exchange, art productions, artistes.

The Total Theatre for Youth Empowerment is aimed at:

·         Disseminating and preserving our rich cultural heritage

·         Developing creative talents

·         Supporting and empowering youths

·         Upholding and promoting our culture through total theatre

·         Assisting talented amateurs develop their artistic skills

·         Providing a forum for a cordial and everlasting relationship amongst artistes (young people)

·         Offering consultant services to public and private institutions

·         Preserving and enhancing the quality and presentation of traditional dance, music and drama forms through research and creativity in our contemporary world.

·         Exploring the functional use of dance, music and drama as a commentary on social, cultural and political issues.

At DRUMSVIEW concept, it is believed that you are only as good as those who you surround yourself with, so we create the platform and a level playing ground for youths and young people to relate and interact in an impactful manner.
